Iron Sharp provides churches, pastors, leaders, and brothers and sisters in Christ with multiple opportunities throughout the year to love and wash the feet of our community in the way that Christ has called us to. 

There are a variety of ways that churches can support us throughout the year: 

• One-time or ongoing financial seeds to support Iron Sharp’s critical heart-reach initiatives

• One-time or ongoing support for Bibles and Gospel resources

  • We request Bibles in English and Spanish

  • For English, we prefer NASB, NKJV, KJV, and ESV translations.

  • For Spanish, we prefer NVI and Reina Valera translations.

  • Hygiene items/kits

  • Backpacks 

  • Coats and winter gear products 

  • Socks and underwear

• Church-wide volunteer projects to support communities in need (includes but not limited to):

  • This can range from community clean up efforts, backpack supply drives, assembly of homeless care kits, coat/winter gear drives, food

• Hands & Feet - sign up to volunteer at Iron Sharp events and outreaches to help be the hands and feet of Jesus. At these events volunteer duties can range from a variety of tasks and support as well as opportunities to minister to families and community partners through prayer and sharing the Gospel. 

• Prayer & Intercession - As Iron Sharp continues to grow and advance the Kingdom of God in the community, we need prayer for His Kingdom to come and His will to be done in all aspects of the organization. Sign up to become an ongoing prayer partner for Iron Sharp and receive updates and prayer points and requests. Additionally, stay tuned for prayer and worship gatherings and prayer outreaches to minister out in the local community. 

Matthew 28:19-20 - Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

Are you a federal, state, or local government agency or department looking to identify unique community engagement opportunities to serve?

Iron Sharp’s community outreach events throughout the year provide your agency/department dynamic engagement opportunities with diverse community audiences from all backgrounds and ages. At these events you will be able to build positive relationships with local community members, as well as build stronger partnerships across public and private sector organizations, faith-based organizations, and community stakeholders. 

Through these efforts, your agency can support through the following (but not limited to):

• Sponsorships/charitable financial donations (project specific or yearly)

• In-Kind donations through agency/department resources (to be distributed 

• Resource Booth Station at Iron Sharp events 

• Volunteering and serving at Iron Sharp events

• Organizing department/agency wide community service projects (This can range from community clean up projects, Faith & Blue efforts,

As Iron Sharp reaches thousands of students, family members, and other community members throughout the year, we need your support in order to further our mission in enriching the quality of life for these communities in need. 

There are a variety of ways that you and your company can join us and help be the iron in strengthening our communities: 

• One-time or yearly donations and sponsorships

  • Sponsorships and donations can be project(s) specific or go towards supporting Iron Sharp’s general operating costs to implement its outreach initiatives.

• In-kind donations of various resources (depending on organization)

• Specific company-wide project volunteer opportunities 

  • Iron Sharp can work with you and your company to facilitate a company specific give-back or volunteer opportunity with your staff and employees that contributes to greater community-building, service, and generosity within the organization. 

• Volunteering at planned Iron Sharp events 

  • You may register your employees to serve at calendared Iron Sharp events throughout the year. Subscribe to our newsletter and receive information about upcoming service opportunities.

Pre and post event needs, during event needs, intercessory prayer

We are looking for eager community members that would like to help steward the highest quality of service and outreach to our local communities. Help us build an iron-sharp corps of compassionate volunteers that serve with a level of excellence and service set apart that transforms our communities for generations to come.  

Volunteer opportunities and benefits include (but are not limited to):

• Pre and post Iron Sharp event set up and break down 

• Onsite event implementation and resource distribution 

• Hospitality care and ministry to families, community partners and stakeholders
