Iron Sharp's Back to School Heart Reach effort will serve over 5,000 McKinney-Vento and Title 1 students plus family members across Aurora, Cherry Creek, Littleton, and Denver Public Schools with backpacks, school supplies, resources, and community engagement. 

Through this effort, we will have multiple days of outreach to provide services set apart for these families including:

  • July 19th - 1pm to 5pm: Supply Loading at Cherry Creek Innovation Campus 

  • July 20th - 9am-3pm: Packing & Assembly at Cherry Creek Innovation Campus 

  • July 30th - 9am-2pm: (2 Locations) Give Away Day at Lansing Elementary AND East Middle School

  • August 4th - 1pm-4pm (Updated Time): Give Away Day at Centennial Center Park for Cherry Creek and Littleton Schools

  • August 6th - 3:30pm-5:30pm: Give Away Day at Montview Elementary

August 4th Back to School Heart Reach Initiative

Our upcoming Back to School Heart Reach event is on Sunday, August 4th at Centennial Center Park from 1pm to 4pm that will aim to serve over 2,000 high-need students and family members within Cherry Creek Schools and Littleton Public Schools, in partnership with Mayor Stephanie Piko and the City of Centennial providing backpacks, school supplies, live music, food trucks, health, safety, education, and financial literacy resources, food trucks, live music, and more. 

We are also looking for community support to help us pack an entire school bus at the event on 8/4 with supplies to help provide resources throughout the school year. We would be honored to rally organizations to help support with supplies. If you would like to donate, we invite you to bring new/in-package school supplies between 1 pm and 4 pm at Centennial Center Park during our Back to School Heart Reach event!
